About SoFlo New Biz

We compile daily lists of businesses newly registered in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, for people who sell to new businesses: insurance agents, accountants, banks, agencies and vendors.

Who we are

SoFlo New Biz is a product of SKYLAYER Maintenance LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Where the data comes from

Every record comes from the public daily data files published by the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations (Sunbiz): new corporations, LLCs, partnerships and fictitious names (DBAs). Anyone can access those files; what we add is filtering to South Florida, date-quality flags, industry tags and daily delivery.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Florida. The data does not include phone numbers or email addresses, and industry tags are automated guesses that can be wrong.
