1. Source of data

All business records are derived from public records published by the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Florida.

2. Provided “as is”

The state provides its data “as is” and it may be changed, replaced or deleted at any time. Our lists, county assignments and industry classifications are automated and provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Records may contain errors, outdated addresses or misclassifications.

3. Buyer responsibility & lawful use

You are solely responsible for how you use the data. Any marketing or outreach you conduct must comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule and National Do Not Call Registry, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and Florida Do Not Call rules, and any data-protection laws. You must honor opt-out requests. You may not use the data for harassment, fraud, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.

4. License

Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the lists internally. You may not resell or redistribute our compiled lists as a competing data product.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
