Refund policy

Plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time by emailing martinvatela@gmail.com; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and you will not be charged again.

Because files are delivered digitally as soon as they are available, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our side, for example you were charged after cancelling, were charged twice, or did not receive files you paid for, email us within 30 days and we will review it and refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
